Motivational Theories
Seven community were elect who were thought to be representatives of a diverse establish force. The data was compiled provided by the manoeuvre Motivation Survey set in motion on the University of Phoenix mental imagery page to determine what the person strengths and weaknesses were of the team. Next, four motivational theories were chosen that were believed to be the best motivators to attend to the team through the changes caused by the merger/acquisition. She tries to improve her performance but is intimidated by competition. She is very people oriented and gets distracted easily talk with co-workers. She do esnt take to be in charge nor does she want very challenging tasks. ...
